John was wonderful! I used my State Farm App to call for a tow due to our breaks locking up and the car not moving. Thankfully we were at our home. John called right away with the response to my request for a tow. He gave great details of where he was coming from and when he'd arrive. He called when he was close and was so kind, polite, and friendly. We will purposefully use Skeeters moving forward for any of our needs. We live in Greencastle and he was able to tow to the car shop of our choice. Can't say enough about the excellent communication and professionalism.
